This page describes, in plain terms, how Delta Epsilon Boulé handles information submitted through DeltaEpsilon35.com in connection with the 35th Anniversary Gala.

Registration & contact information. Information you submit through the Tickets & Registration or Contact pages — such as your name, email, phone number, and any accompanying notes — is used solely to plan the gala, process your registration, and respond to your inquiry. It is shared only with the Anniversary Committee members responsible for that area (registration, travel, journal, or general questions) and, where applicable, our payment processor, Zeffy, to complete your transaction.

Payment information. This site never collects or stores credit card, debit card, or other payment card data. All payments are handled directly by Zeffy on its own secure infrastructure.

Commemorative Journal access. The private access code you enter to view the Commemorative Journal is verified on our server and is never stored in your browser in a readable form. Your authenticated session expires automatically after a short period of time or when you select "Lock Journal."

Analytics. We use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand overall site usage. This does not involve third-party advertising cookies or the sale of personal information.
